At Christ the King Catholic School, we strive to love God,
serve our community, and pursue academic excellence
in the name of Jesus Christ.
Christ the King Catholic School offers a safe learning environment in which teachers are dedicated to meeting the needs of the whole child. We provide small class sizes so that teachers can meet each student where they are and help them grow in both faith and knowledge. We believe that education is a partnership between the school, parents, and students. We invite you to come and learn more about becoming a part of our Christ the King Family!
Responsibility is one key to success at Christ the King. Students learn that they are responsible for their words and actions. We also support all of our students in being active participants in their education by establishing student responsibilities for in the completion of their school work. and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
Respect is our second key to success at Christ the King. Students learn to be respectful to each other as we follow Christ's 'Golden Rule.' We also stress the importance of self-respect through doing our best and being the best we can be. We are also dedicated to respecting our environment by taking care of our school and the world around us.
Readiness is the third key to success at Christ the King. Students are encouraged to come to school ready to learn, as learning is their 'job.' We encourage our students to be leaders through their involvement in the CK Youth Ministry Council as well as other responsibilities. We also support our students in growing academically, socially and spiritually through our school activities and events.
Reflection is the final key to success at Christ the King. Students are provided with various opportunities to reflect on their lives and their choices. We utilize peer mediation and restorative practices to reflect on our behaviors. Students are encouraged to set personal and academic goals to reach for and reflect upon as they grow. .
